Sunday’s Highlights at FAME:
The First AME Church of Los Angeles began the dynamic Sunday morning worship services in song and praise lead by the celebrated, Men of FAME choir. FAME also honored the life of Senator Ted Kennedy with a moving tribute, and Pastor John delivered a powerful message on this month’s theme, ‘Christian Communication.” Later in the afternoon FAME congregants and the community showed their support for the Teen Experience, by purchasing a meal at an In and Out Burger stand brought by the youth group. Pastor John and the men of church continued fellowship and broke bread at the FAME Allen House.

Lady Denise and Pastor John helped welcome patrons at the newly created, FAME Produce Market and sampled the quality produce items. The FAME Produce Market is open every Sunday from 9am – 4pm.
