• Evaluating and recommending methods for providing staff compensation and benefits that are competitive, equitable, and fiscally responsible.
• Providing educational and training resources that advance personal and professional growth of staff members.
• Promoting and supporting programs, activities, and incentives designed to recognize and reward staff members for their contributions to all FAME companies.

Application Process:

Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of an evaluation of training reflected on resume & employment application, aptitude test score, and an oral interview. All resumes will be reviewed and the top people, who meet the minimum requirements and are best qualified based on the material submitted, will be invited to complete an application and participate in an oral interview.
